Heat Sealed Bags
Heat sealed bags are made from film that is folded over and then centre sealed down the back and crimp sealed at the bottom. These bags are individually produced and can have side gussets and a range of bottom sealings, please see our specification for further details.

Heat sealed bags are ideal for packaging small products such as food and other retail products.
Popular uses include:
• Food – tea, coffee, sugar, spices, biscuits, confectionary and snacks
• Horticulture – plant bags, seed bags, palm bags
• Vending machine sleeves – for cups with dried ingredients
• Small retail products – combs, bath bombs, cosmetics, toiletries

Films materials available
The bags are offered in a wide range of materials and thicknesses that can be printed in up to 8-colours, popular film choices include:
• Cellulose
• Biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), co-extruded and coated
• Laminates – including metalised polyester / polythene
• Natureflex™

There is a minimum order quantity of 5,000 for bespoke bag orders.
